These are going to be UNISEX sizing. Performance is going to be 100% polyester. The sweatshirts are a 50/50 blend of poly/cotton, the t shirts will be Gildan softstyle unless you choose the tri-blend. 

**Please note if you choose a darker color shirt with the darker color lettering it might not stand out!
